3. Gift Cards, Promotions and Loyalty Program
Gift cards and promotions offered by Santorini’s Grill are designed to enhance your dining experience. Please review the terms below:
Gift card purchases are not eligible for earning or redeeming loyalty points.
Loyalty points must be earned at the time of purchase and cannot be added, modified, or credited after a transaction has been completed.
Gift Card and Bonus Card Terms & Conditions:
Valid only at participating Santorini’s Grill locations (excludes arena locations).
For Black Friday Bonus Cards: Each punch or initial equals one free entrée (up to $17 value).
Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
Card must be presented at the time of redemption.
Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
If we find errors in gift card purchases we will adjust the gift card balance.
Expires December 31, 2026.
Bonus card issued as part of the 2025 Black Friday Gift Card promotion.
Valid while supplies last.
We may stop or change any promotion at any time for any reason without notification.
We reserve the right to remove points from any rewards account if abuse of the rewards system is detected, without prior notification.
4. Catering and Event Orders
For catering orders, a deposit or prepayment may be required. Changes or cancellations must be made within the timeframe provided during booking. Refund eligibility varies by event type and notice given.
5. Food Preparation Disclaimer
While we take great care in preparing our food, some menu items may contain natural elements such as olive pits, bones, or shells. Olives may contain pits or pit fragments, even when pitted olives are used.
By consuming our food, guests acknowledge and accept this inherent risk. Santorini’s is not responsible for injury, dental damage, or other harm resulting from the consumption of food items that may naturally contain pits or similar elements.
If you have specific concerns or sensitivities, please notify our staff prior to ordering.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Because our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns once food has been served or picked up.
For online or catering orders, please contact your Santorini’s Grill location directly if there is an issue. We strive to ensure complete satisfaction and will review refund or replacement requests on a case-by-case basis.
