Founded in 2018, Santorini’s started as a simple idea: bring authentic Mediterranean food to life in a way that’s fast, flavorful, and full of heart. What began as a single location has grown into a multi-location brand, including partnerships at the Delta Center and America First Field—but no matter how much we grow, our mission stays the same: Serve great food. Treat people right. Give back to the community.

At Santorini’s, every meal is made fresh—from our hand-cut lemon chicken and house-made sauces to our warm pita bread and signature bowls. We believe that healthy food should never be boring, and that eating well should feel like a treat, not a chore.

We don’t spend a lot on traditional advertising. Instead, we put that energy into random acts of kindness, surprise giveaways, and showing up where it matters most.
In 2025, Santorini’s was proud to receive Utah’s Tourism Advocate of the Year award—a reflection of our ongoing efforts to serve not just food, but our community.
